ONE OK ROCK Announces Leaving Label Amuse | Comusk Support

 


ONE OK ROCK launched a new independent company in April and is serious about "accelerating the movement" activities overseas

 Rock band ONE OK ROCK announced on their official website on 3/16/2021 that they will become independent from Amuse, which has owned it for 16 years.

 According to the agency, the band will set up a new company, 10969 Co., Ltd.  starting April 1st.  During this time he has been active and energetic, such as performing live abroad, but in the future he will focus on activities abroad and accelerate their movement.  On the official website, also announced the independence of actors Takeru Sato and Ryunosuke Kamiki, who are also members of the group.

 According to the official website, "ONE OK ROCK, Takeru Sato, and Ryunosuke Kamiki will work independently of our company from April 1, 2021 to take on new challenges into a new era.

 Reported.  "I want to thank everyone who has supported me during their more than 10 years with them," he said.

 The band has been releasing works overseas for some time, as well as going on world tours.  On the official website, about the future of the band, "We have set up our own ONE OK ROCK office to focus on overseas activities that have long challenged and accelerated their movement, and a bigger stage. I will challenge you." In addition, the head manager  ONE OK ROCK will be appointed as the representative for 10969 Co., Ltd.

 Amuse said, "We will continue to provide support in terms of solutions," such as fan club operations, overseas tour arrangements, and merchandise sales.  In addition, the new song "Renegades" has been designated as the theme song for the film "Rurouni Kenshin Final Chapter The Final" (released on April 23) starring Sato, but he said he was "working on recording."

 ONEE OK ROCK is a rock band consisting of Taka (Vo), Toru (G), Ryota (B), Tomoya (Dr).  Formed by Toru in April 2005.

 Previously ONE OK ROCK had another member named Alex (later resigned), Ryota and others from the same high school starting band activities, and in May 2005, singer Shinichi Mori and Masako Mori's son, Taka, joined.  After that, the band's name was given the name ONE OK ROCK.  Tomoya officially joined as a member in March 2007.
